7.30-9pm Monday Evenings
This class is a strong soulful slow flow (vinyasa) form of yoga and is open to all levels of yoga experience. Dynamic and physically demanding this class includes modifications for beginners or those with injuries to help make postures (asanas) accessible and gentler, whilst stronger variations of the same poses are offered to those who like a challenge and who more advanced.
Throughout this practice we focus on the potential for breadth and spaciousness within the asanas to help cultivate the flow of breath with movement along with healthy body alignment.
The cost of each class is: £15 Drop In – no booking required – yoga mats + props are provided.
