2.45-4.30pm Wednesday – Shoreditch Triyoga

Jean Hall - Version 2A unique strong and soulful vinyasa class to inspire, soothe, move and get you through the rest of the week! This class class is billed as a ‘teachers practice’ but it is for everyone and anyone who enjoys to explore breath, movement & flow in all its wonderous ways. Please bring questions, quandaries, requests, ideas, queries, oddities and an open mind!

4.45-5.45pm Wednesday – Shoreditch Triyoga

A mid week chill out class with the intention to restore balance and vitality to get energise you for the rest of the week. During this class yin postures, pranayama (breathing practices), sun salutes integrated with standing and seated postures are all put in the mix to refresh the senses, strengthen the body and relax the mind.

 12-1.30pm Sunday – Camden Triyoga

A calming, spacious and open hearted yoga practice by which to gently bring the weekend to a close. This class is aimed at exploring and practicing the art of grounding and rooting in order to create stability, ease, lightness and balance for the week ahead.

1.45-3.15pm Sunday – Camden Triyoga

A strong deep flowing yoga class to explore our potential + open our practice into new realms of experience… come prepared to be challenged and immersed into creative sequences which will incorporate standing poses into inversions and back bends to rinse through our whole being!
