March 8-10, May 10-12, October 18-20 2019
This weekend retreat with Liz Lark and Jean is set within the beautiful countryside and ancient estate of Oxonhoath.
Oxon Hoath is a country estate surrounded by 73 acres of private, enchanting and tranquil gardens and woodlands. It was built over 600 years ago by Sir John Culpepper as a royal park for deer and oxen. Today it still retains its timeless magic and as a retreat centre is an ideal setting for spiritual practice.
The yoga retreat begins on Friday early evening with the first yoga class at 6-7pm and a yoganidra (deep relaxation) session at 9.30pm. Classes for all levels continue throughout the weekend: there are 3 classes on Saturday and another 2 on Sunday.
The retreat closes after lunch on Sunday afternoon.
With 2 yoga studios and 2 teachers we are able to accommodate all levels of yoga experience from beginners to advance and teachers in training… offering both beginner classes and intermediate/advance classes.
Massage and body work treatments will be available throughout the weekend from fully qualified therapists.
The teachers, Jean and Liz met whilst studying Master Degrees in Performing Arts and now teach and work creatively together and individually in London and internationally.
All meals are vegetarian. Please note that special diets can only be catered for if 7 days notice is given.
